Armenian President to leave on working visit to Dushanbe

On September 2, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will leave on a working visit to Dushanbe, Tajikistan to attend CIS leaders’ summit.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev refused to participate in Tajikistan-hosted CIS leaders' summit. At the event, Azerbaijan will be represented by the Prime Minister Artur Rasi-zadeh, the chief of international relations department of the Presidential Administration Novruz Mammadov said earlier.

The presidents of Armenia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Moldova and Turkmenistan confirmed their participation in the summit due September 2-3.
