Armenian grandmaster Sergei Movsisian dropped out of Russia-hosted World Chess Cup 2011 in a game against Judit Polgar (Hungary).

The game ended in 1,5:0,5 win of Hungarian female grandmaster who's made it to the 3rd round of the championship.

Another representative of Armenia, Arman Pashikyan dropped out of Khanty-Mansiysk -hosted championship in the 1st round.
