Russian officials set down to introducing amendments to the agreement on the Customs Union and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

According to Kommersant daily, amendments refer to decision-making process within the CSTO. Presently, resolutions are adopted by consensus while Russia offers reaching agreement by majority of votes.

The daily said all member countries except Uzbekistan agree to the changes.
