Temple of Jerusalem knights in Yerevan

Temple of Jerusalem knights are in Armenia.

“We are here with an official visit of respect, to make known that knights’ squad is established in Armenia,” Poghos Tsolakyan, member of the Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem (OSMTH), grand commander of Greece told a press conference in Yerevan.

Educated, employed people not younger than 25, who are willing to help those in need, and possess knight qualities, may become members of the squad.

There are 17 knights in the Armenian squad. Knights’ annual payment will make 100 Euros.

Armenian knights, jointly with the Armenian Apostolic Church, are planning to renovate Armenian monasteries, contribute to the realization of Old Yerevan and Health sphere projects.
