There is obvious potential to reach a compromise on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict within the current format of talks held by the Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, according to Director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Center.
“I regret that the sides have so far failed to implement the agreement achieved in Sochi this year, regarding investigation into the incidents at the contact line,” Adam Kobieracki told Moscow News, when commenting on the Karabakh process.
According to Kobieracki, it is important to keep pressure on parties to the conflict. “Thus, I welcome Russian President’s personal endeavors for facilitating the negotiations.”
