On the sidelines of his visit to Brussels, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met with the mayor of Liege, Belgium, Willy Demeyer, who briefed the PM on the policy of the city's development, also requesting Armenia's assistance in Expo 2017 International Exposition.

The Prime Minister further met with the Armenia- Belgium chamber of commerce chairman Valeri Safaryan to discuss a Belgium Week in Armenia business forum due November 7-9 in Yerevan.

As Safaryan noted, Belgian businessmen are interested in Armenian market, viewing the country as a regional center of business.

A meeting with European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Fule was also on PM's agenda.
