Israel put the Armenian Genocide issue on Knesset discussion in pursuit of its political interests, according to Hay Dat and ARF Dashnaktsutyun Bureau’s political affairs office director.

“However, Jerusalem must recognize the Genocide, following the wishes of Israel people, who witnessed the Holocaust,” Kiro Manoyan told a news conference in Yerevan.

As Manoyan noted, Genocide resolution will be discussed at Knesset Education Committee in October.
