Popular Armenian showman and presenter Garik Martirosyan promised to run across Moscow with an Armenian flag if Armenia beat Ireland in the EURO 2012 qualifier on October 11.

“I am impatiently waiting for the match which can become a historical event for Armenia,” Martirosyan told Lifesports. “I will be busy with shooting this evening but I will try to see the game and hope that our team will win.”

The Armenia vs Ireland qualifier will start at 10.45pm Yerevan time in Dublin’s Aviva Stadium.
