Armenia offers to ban BSEC PA panel chairmanship more than twice in succession

A meeting of the committee on economic, trade, technology and environmental issues of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation completed in Tbilisi, Georgia, on October 13.

As a PanARMENIAN.Net reported from the Georgian capital, the participants focused on improvement of tax systems in BSEC member states.

According to committee chairman Gagik Minasyan said that the Armenian delegation proposed to ban a possibility of chairmanship in the panel for more than two consequent times. “The proposal was not accepted during this session, however, we are planning to raise it in Tirana in November, when Armenia will assume chairmanship.

The Armenian delegation also includes Areg Ghukasyan, Vardan Bostanjyan and Vardan Khachatryan.
