RNK PRESIDENT GRANTED AMNESTY TO 5 ACCUSED
31.08.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The president of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh Arkady Ghukasian has signed an order of granting amnesty to 5 convicted people, was reported to MEDIAMAX in the press office of the president of RNK.
The order was signed with the consideration of the following factors: the participation of these people in war actions, hard family life, positive characteristics from the places of imprisonment.
3 more people have been partially pardoned, and three others were denied amnesty, taking into account the severity of crimes, committed by them. -0-
