By request of "Nezavisimaya Gazeta" Russian newspaper and together with it the Agency for Economic News again fixed the rating of political consequence of the Russian entrepreneurs. "Troika-Dialogue" and "Rosgosstrakh" companies director Ruben Vardanian occupied the 31-st line in this list. As reported by Russian sources, 61 experts determined the rating among 156 candidates according to the outcomes of the second quarter of the current year. Head of "UES of Russia" Russian joint-stock company Anatoly Chubais is at the top of the list.
