French President Nicolas Sarkozy addressed a letter to his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan expressing France’s support in Karabakh settlement.

“France will take best efforts to contribute to the resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict through negotiations. I have no doubt of your determination to take major risks for the peace and well-being of your region,” the President said, whishing prosperity to Armenia and the best of luck to President Sargzyan.
