The ousted Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi is expected to be buried swiftly and in secret, as NATO leaders meet to wind down the aerial campaign over the country, Sky News reported.
Col Gaddafi was killed after being captured by the Libyan fighters on Thursday, October 20, cornered and shot in the head after they overran his last bastion of resistance in his hometown of Sirte.
A formal announcement of Libya's liberation, which will set the clock ticking on a timeline to elections, will be made on Saturday, officials said.
