Armenian Nuclear Power Plant CEO Gagik Markosyan released the plant’s staff, one of the employees told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

On September 20, 160 members of NPP engineering staff submitted letters of resignation, demanding pay increase.

Mass staff dismissal may challenge the re-launch of NPP after the renovation works to be completed Oct 27.

As Gagik Markosyan said in reply to employee’s demands, “I’d prefer to hire a new staff rather than increase pays.”
