THE LAW-PROTECTING BODIES OF ARMENIA HAVE ANNIHILATED 15 TONS OF HEMP
04.08.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. In the course of the annual special operation "Hemp-Poppy" the law-protecting bodies of Armenia have discovered and annihilated 15 tons of hemp in Lori region of Armenia.
As was reported to MEDIAMAX in the local department of the ministry of internal affairs of Armenia, the quantity of illegally planted hemp, as compared with last year, has sharply decreased. During the operation the richest hemp "crop" was observed in Dsegh village. -0-
