The number of army incidents are decreasing, Armenian Defense Minister stated.

“We are doing all in our power to improve the defense system. Incidents in the army are unacceptable,” Seyran Ohanyan told journalists before the November 3 government session.

As each Thursday, the parents of killed soldiers gathered at the government building today, demanding thorough investigation into the deadly army incidents.

Minister Ohanyan instructed his assistant to register all complaints and requests, promising to spare no effort for resolution of the pressing problems.
