State budget of Armenia annually becomes more targeted, director of Alternative analytical center said.

According to Tatul Manaseryan, 2012 draft national budget envisages an anticipatory note and economic activity in various sectors of economy.

“Extra-budgetary funds should be allocated. Our expectations for 2012 are mainly linked to Panarmenian Bank due to its being an effective tool to securing economic activity through Diaspora investments,” Mr. Manaseryan told a press conference in Yerevan.
