On November 14, Acting Foreign Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Vasily Atajanyan met with senior staff scientist on European and Eurasian issues of American Foreign Policy Council strategic center Wayne Merry.

During the meeting, Atajanyan briefed the guest about official Stepanakert’s position on Karabakh settlement negotiations.

The parties discussed the ways to prevent renewal of war, noting the necessity of creating an atmosphere of trust between the conflicting parties, NKR MFA press service reported.
