2012 draft state budget discussed at Armenian National Assembly will bring no qualitative and qualitative improvements, a member of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc said.

Former mayor of Yerevan Vahan Khachatryan noted that the draft budget will not help Armenia handle the political and economic crisis the country currently faces.

He also expressed skepticism over Armenian government export-oriented industrial program.
