Nagorno Karabakh President Arkady Ghukasian has sent a condolence telegram to Iranian leader Mohammad Khatami due to the disastrous earthquake that took place in the south-east of the country yesterday. "With a deep regret we got aware of the strong earthquake in Bam Iranian town, which took the lives of thousands of people. The people and the authorities of Nagorno Karabakh are expressing their sincere condolences," the message says.
