Upon a decree of President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Maestro Constantine Orbelian (USA) is awarded the title of "Honored Artist of Russia". It should be reminded that Constantine Orbelian has held the position of Music Director and Conductor of the renowned State Chamber Orchestra of Russia since 1991. It should be noted that C. Orbelian is the first foreigner to get this title in Russia.
