EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Philippe Lefort commented on the tense situation at the contact line between the Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces.

“We should take every effort to boost confidence between the conflicting parties,” Lefort said.
