Ireland to be in contact with OSCE Minsk Group

Upon assuming chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Ireland will be in contact with the Minsk Group to achieve progress in Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.

“Ireland praises the activity of the Minsk Group and will keep in touch with the co-chairs. Besides, Ireland will base on its own experience in conflict resolution,” Irish Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, Mr. Eamon Gilmore said in a statement that was presented at the 18th OSCE ministerial council in Vilnius.

As a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reports from the ground, Mr. Gilmore also welcomed continuation of talks on Transnistria in 5+2 format.
