OSCE should examine the possibilities for deepening negotiations on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, according to Latvia’s Foreign Minister.

“Deepening talks is essential for achieving cooperation and progress in talks,” a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter quoted Edgars Rinkevics as saying in his address to the 18th OSCE ministerial council meeting in Vilnius.

As to the situation in Georgia, Mr. Rinkevics said his country supports “territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia” and added that the OSCE mission there should be re-launched.
