On Dec 12-15, Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan will pay a working visit to Italy and Vatican.

Meetings with Pope Benedict XVI, Italian President Giorgio Napolitano, speaker of the lower-house Chamber of Deputies Gianfranco Fini, Cardinal Secretary of State Tarcisio Bertone and Rome’s Mayor Gianni Alemanno are on presidential visit agenda.

On the sidelines of his visit, President Sargsyan will participate in a number of events dedicated to 500th anniversary of Armenian book-printing.
