During its December 15 meeting, the Armenian government approved a program to support the small and medium businesses in 2012.

According to Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan around AMD 150 million will be allocated for assistance of SMEs in different formats. The Minister particularly argued that the direct financing of the field will be increased thrice, reaching AMD 5 billion.
