RUSSIAN PRESIDENT SATISFIED DEVELOPMENT RATE OF COOPERATION WITH ARMENIA
Trade-economic circulation between Armenia and Russia increased 84% during 9 months of the current year, as reported by Russian sources, Russia's President Vladimir Putin stated in Saint Petersburg last Saturday at the meeting with his Armenian associate Robert Kocharian. Though the figure being impressive, the trade range is rather small yet, he noted. "The program on debt obligations is working well enough", V. Putin said. In his words, Russia began "entering" the Armenian enterprises. At the same time, he said, there are certain technical problems to be discussed not to lose the rate of the program realization.
