Iran: Tehran no longer shocked by international sanctions

Iran is not shocked by international sanctions anymore. We've been under the sanctions for the past 30 years, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian told a news conference in Moscow.

Amir-Abdollahian also spoke about the U.S. influence in the region, stating that "U.S. is not what it used to be before".

"Today the U.S. is a lot weaker than it used to be, and we perfectly understand that," Amir-Abdollahian said. "They openly speak about overthrowing governments in various countries. However, they're not as strong as they used to be, and they're not on top of their political glory anymore," ITAR-TASS quoted him as saying.
