Ameriabank CJSC plans to enter Georgian banking market in the capacity of an independent player, Business-Georgia quoted Kommersant radio.

Last year, the bank planned to acquire the assets of HSBC – Georgia, with the bank manager slamming Georgian market for lack of competitiveness due to domination of the two banks.
