We highly appreciate the level of allied cooperation established with Armenia, Russian minister of foreign affairs Igor Ivanov stated opening in Moscow the negotiations with his Armenian associate Vardan Oskanian. As reported by RIA "Novosti", in Ivanov's words, the Presidents of the both countries are in constant contact. "To continue the dialogue we should meet regularly to make our relations constructive", - the minister said. He also noted that the two countries successfully interact at the international level as well.
