The bill penalizing Genocide denial will complete the process, initiated to protect the Armenian people, Senator Natacha Bouchart said.

“It's inconceivable that France still continues to deny the reality,” Sen. Bouchart said, urging to restore the justice by passing the bill.

“The Armenian Genocide bill is an effort to protect human rights, as well as a message of peace,” the Senator said, expressing hope for normalisation of Armenia-Turkey relations.
