The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs will visit the Nagorno Karabakh conflict region within the first ten days of December, as reported by Baku sources, Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev stated. In his words, the delay of the visit is conditioned by the fact that the new Azerbaijani president should first of all solve "the key internal issues". The visit of the Minsk co-chairs to the region is expected upon the completion of the 11-th sitting held by the foreign ministers of the OSCE member countries, planned December 1-2 in the Dutch town of Maastricht. It should be reminded that deputy to the Azeri foreign minister, the president's special representative at the negotiations on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement Araz Azimov informed earlier that the issue of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement will be viewed in the course of the Maastricht sitting.
