Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Sergey Mironov will arrive to Armenia October 31. As reported by the press service of the Armenian parliament, the visit will take place on the invitation of the Armenian National Assembly chairman Artur Baghdasarian. To remind, the invitation was issued late September during A. Baghdasarian's visit to Moscow.
