Armenian Ambassador to Italy and Malta Ruben Karapetyan presented credentials to the President of Malta George Abela, also inviting him to visit Armenia.

The Ambassador also met the Permanent Secretary of Maltese Foreign Ministry, Dr. John Paul Grech to president him copies of credentials.

At the meeting, the parties focused on bilateral cooperation, expressing hope for the opening of diplomatic mission to further contribute to its strengthening.

A meeting with the Speaker of Maltese House of Representatives Michael Frendo and Armenian community representatives was also on Ambassador’s agenda.
