New electronic tool to be introduced in Orange shops

New sales and service tools, aimed at facilitating and coordinating customer service, have been introduced in 10 Orange Armenia shops.

The tool enables to explore customers’ needs through short and quick questions-and-answers on the basis of their telecom habits, main contacts, anticipated average monthly spending and other factors. After filling in these data the system offers the best option for the subscriber, at the same time finding the handset model that best meets customer needs.

The electronic tool will be applied in all Orange shops within the coming few weeks.
