Russian businessman uses lie detector to employ people

Russian businessman Valery Kustov, the founder and co-owner of EFKO holding has staffed the company with psychologists and psychophysiologists.

To join the company, besides an ordinary interview, job seekers should go through a lie detector test and a special test to check their compatibility with EFKO’s moral principles. Any employee, who wants a promotion, is sent to a special camp, where he attends lectures on psychology and humanities as well as a corporate museum of Scythian culture.

Forbes.ru has included Kustov in the list of most extravagant Russian entrepreneurs.
