On February 7, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to award Eduard Arushanyan, senior specialist of sports affairs of the Stepanakert city administration , with the title of Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic for his input in the development of physical culture and sports.

On the same day President Sahakyan signed a decree on making changes in the composition of the State Commission on Coordinating Housing Programs, established by Artsakh President’s order on March 18, 2008, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
