ANC member and Armenian National Movement Board Chairman Aram Manukyan characterized RA Former Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian’s decision to join Prosperous Armenia coalition party as a thoughtless step.

“It’s apparent that he was forced into making the move,” Mr. Manukyan said, rendering inexplicable and ridiculous a person’s wish to become a dummy in the hands of other people.

On Feb 13, Former Foreign Minister of Armenia, Civilitas foundation head Vartan Oskanian informed issued a statement to announce his joining Prosperous Armenia party.

”As Chairman of the Board of the Civilitas Foundation, I had, on various occasions, expressed my views on events and developments in Armenia. Today, I believe it is time to become more actively involved in our political processes,” he said.
