The construction of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline will exert positive influence upon the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian told journalists today. Besides, in his words, the presence of an oil pipeline in the region will bring down the possibility of renewal of military operations from the Azeri side. At the same time the minister again confirmed Armenia's readiness to continue efforts for preservation of peace in the South Caucasus.
