Azeri media continue reports on alleged adoption of a document on Khojalu massacres and Nagorno Karabakh conflict at German Bundestag's Petitions Committee.

However, the European Center for Artsakh (EUCFA) confirmed the report as false. “German Bundestag adheres to transparency policy for all of its petitions. As of February 26, 2012 no petition on Khojalu was posted on German parliament's web page,” the Center stated.

The Center further condemned the official Baku for sowing hatred between Armenians and Azerbaijanis while using Khojalu people as a tool.
