Pop princess Kylie Minogue and R&B legend Stevie Wonder have been added to the bill for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Concert in June, STV reported.

They are just the latest music stars to join other big names booked for the hotly anticipated concert, including Live and Let Die singer Sir Paul McCartney, Welsh crooner Sir Tom Jones and Rocket Man star Sir Elton John.

The concert will take place on June 4, at the heart of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations, which are being held to mark Queen Elizabeth’s 60th year on the throne.

The event will be just one of many staged over the weekend of June 2-5, with others including include the Big Jubilee Lunch and the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant.

In addition to the celebrations based around the June weekend, there will also be many other local, national and international events staged, as well as visits by the Royal Family to countries including Jamaica and Singapore, in addition to trips round England, Scotland, Wales and North Ireland.
