Observers from OSCE and CIS Interparliamentary Assembly will monitor Russian presidential elections in Leningrad Oblast, Rosbalt news agency reports.

As Belarusian National Assembly member Elena Dikovitskaya said during a meeting with Chairman of the State Duma of Russia Sergei Naryshkin, the observer mission visited the three headquarters of Russian presidential candidates, noting working atmosphere there.

“People work hard. No aggression attempts were fixed,” Dikovitskaya said.
