The discussion of seized Azeri territories apart of other key issues of the Karabakh settlement conflicts with the interests of Nagorno Karabakh's people, NKR FM Ashot Gulian stated when commenting to Mediamax agency on the idea expressed by Per Gahrton, EU rapporteur for South Caucasian issues about recommencement of the railway communication between Armenia and Azerbaijan in exchange for returning of a number of Azeri territories controlled by Nagorno Karabakh. A. Gulian noted that these territories appear as an important constituent of safety of NKR and its population.
