Host-tracker, a service which monitors accessibility of internet resources, reports no problem in all 42 Facebook DNS-servers located in Europe, Asia and North America.

Another monitoring service, Downforeveryoneorjustme, also demonstrates regular operation of Facebook.

Facebook representatives have made no comments so far.
