The 13th congress of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia opened on March 10 in Karen Demirchyan Sport and Concert Complex in Yerevan.

1801 out of 1833 party delegates attend the event. Primate of AAC Ararat Patriarchate, Archbishop Navasard Kchoyan gave his blessing to the participants.
