Chairman of the Federation Council of Russia Valentina Matviyenko stressed the readiness of international institutions and Russia to continue efforts on peaceful resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, despite the complicated process.

“The primary goal of the talks is achievement of peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict,” she said.
