On March 20, South Caucasus Railways (SCR) headquarters is hosting an exhibition titled Armenian manufacturers for SCR CJSC needs. The event has brought together about 10 companies specialized in supply of equipment, goods and services. Kamurjshin CJSC construction company and Beton, manufacturer of reinforced concrete structures are among the participants.

According to the SCR General Director Viktor Rebets, the company will host a Technical and economic consultation on boosting and developing the infrastructure.

“We aim to conclude the outcomes of the works the company carried out last year, which will enable to take appropriate decisions to reap the results on safety, comfort, train schedule,” Mr. Rebets said.

Due to cooperation of SCR with local Armenian companies, over 1900 new job opportunities were created. As the General Director noted, SCR CJSC presents special requirements to its company-partners, favoring development of high-tech manufacturing and innovation.
