Armenia is last islet of peace in region

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is the last islet of peace in the region, political scientist Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan told a news conference in Yerevan. Turkey's war against Kurdish rebels is a menace for Armenia, he said.

"Tensions reign in Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkey. All around us are either fighting or preparing for war. PKK has already warned that the war will affect Azerbaijan, Armenia and Iran. Under circumstances, Armenia will suffer most of all, since all other participants of this game will come to understanding," he said.
