Law enforcers required Ter-Petrsoyan's guards to lay down arms

PanARMENIAN.Net - During a rally at Liberty Square on Monday, Armenia's first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan stated that his law enforcers required his guards to lay down arms.

"This demand will not be fulfilled, since the law allows me to have armed guards. Let them change the law and we will obey it," Ter-Petrsoyan said.
