"Any citizen of Azerbaijan whether it be a student, a public figure, an emigrant or a diplomat is a soldier in this information war. Azerbaijani propaganda develops Europe's negative outlook on Armenia and years are needed to neutralize it," the statement said. EMA president Viktor Yengibaryan called on the Armenian nation to put an end to these lies.
